Synopsis
Holy Knight Leon is ordered to interrogate the werewolf Kyle, only to learn that the true culprit behind the massacre of his family seven years ago came from within the holy temple. The two form a shared-life blood covenant, transforming from jailer and prisoner into fugitive allies, and gradually fall in love as they pursue the truth. Leon discovers that he himself was bred by the temple as a sacrifice, and comes to realize that the holy light springs from protection, not from being ordained. In the end, they expose the conspiracy of the Church and the clans, close the lunar-eclipse gate through "shared burden among all," push for the trial and reform of both races, and rewrite the coerced shared-life blood covenant into a companion's vow — equal, voluntary, and free to leave at any time.
