Synopsis
Elena spent five years supporting her boyfriend Jason’s business, giving up her own career and dreams. On their wedding day, her mother suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and needed $200,000 for surgery. Jason—already cheating with his assistant Mandy—ignored Elena’s calls, accused her of running away to swindle money, refused to help, and publicly replaced her with a new bride. Her mother died.
Jason then humiliated Elena further: forcing her to eat dog food and tearing up her mother’s death certificate. Heartbroken, Elena left with nothing.
