Synopsis
After the Emperor's monstrous pet destroys his village and enslaves his father, stonecutter Cato enters Rome's brutal Gladiator Trial to earn his father's freedom. Mocked as a nobody, he's pushed round after round to the edge of death, each trial awakening more of the divine power and true identity buried inside him. As a hidden conspiracy closes in, Cato rises against the empire's cruelty and corruption, claiming his destiny as the son of Apollo to tear down the system.
