Synopsis
Neo, a silver-haired boy born from a celestial star cocoon, kills the Sea Emperor' s son to protect the people of Storm Harbor. Forced to sacrifice himself by having his bones stripped away, he is reborn with the ancient Star-Sea body. In the end, he resolves the hatred between father and son and becomes a legendary hero who protects all the seas.
