Synopsis
Eighteen-year-old Daisy is bullied for being overweight, until she discovers campus queen Brooke is bound to a slimming system: Brooke's weight is always half of Daisy's, her beauty sustained by stealing Daisy's body. As Daisy begins to change and expose the truth, Brooke shifts from smug mockery to terrified pleading, but can't break the system's binding. She insists on a dance audition and collapses onstage, dying despite rescue efforts. Daisy holds the bullies accountable, rejects Tyler's late pursuit, and finally understands she shouldn't hurt herself to make others regret. She lets go of weight anxiety and reclaims her whole life.
