Synopsis
"God, I hope my skills fixing dogs' balls was enough to fix you."
Veterinarian Brooke Snyder wipes a mafia boss's blood from her hands, she's just saved his life. Silas Voss lay shot and dying, until Brooke's canine medical skills kicked in. She gets the bullet out - before vanishing into the night.
Silas tears the city apart trying to find his mysterious savior, with no luck. Believing she must have been an actual angel, a sudden, life-threatening infection leads to a discovery - a damn dog hair stuck in his wound!
He knows exactly where she'll be...the nearest Vet Clinic.
