Synopsis
Five years after leaving his fiancée Vera to join the army, Alan returns as the Grand Marshal, supreme commander of the empire. Wearing his old soldier's uniform, he plans to marry her, but Vera's mother calls him a disgrace and tries to replace him with a general's son. Everyone mocks Alan's identity as a lie—until the Minister of Defense arrives, Alan dons the Grand Marshal's uniform, and every arrogant general bows before the man they dismissed as a fraud.
