Synopsis
Mermaid princess Sierra saves Prince Adrian by losing her heart and fins, becoming crippled human smith Veya. Assia steals credit; Adrian casts her into sea. Neptune saves her; reborn mermaid queen, she returns as Veya, exposes Assia, takes weapons, fleet, throne. She accepts Neptune's love and crown; Adrian loses throne, lives in remorse.
