Synopsis
Mob boss Rex Stone is betrayed and murdered by his wife, Fiona West, and adopted son, Paul Shaw. His soul enters the injured rickshaw puller Jack Miller. Using his secret martial arts, he builds the WaveRider Society against the Steppers' Guild. Hunted by the Storm Society, he vows to crush his enemies and fight for the underclass.
