Synopsis
James Rowland pays for a private elevator and lends his card; neighbors exploit it. Seeing hypocrisy, he stops use, faces blame and slander. He gathers evidence and works with Attorney Mason to expose an organized extortion scheme. The wrongdoers face legal consequences. He learns: kindness is a favor, not duty; justice prevails; kindness needs teeth.
