Synopsis
Former elite FBI negotiator Katherine Blake is framed for bribery by her husband, Derek, losing her career and marriage. After divorcing him, she works as an insurance investigator, using her skills to solve cases. When Derek's lover, Natalie, is injured in a cliff car crash, Katherine investigates and discovers Derek controlled Natalie and drove her to flee. Katherine pressures Derek into confessing, and with Natalie’s testimony, he is convicted of manslaughter. Katherine clears her name but chooses not to rejoin the FBI, instead helping vulnerable people and continuing to fight for justice after her mother's death.
