Synopsis
Ava, a seasoned fitness coach, faces demotion from newly appointed manager Brian, who aims to replace her with his unqualified spouse. Suspecting bribery linked to Brian’s father-in-law, a major shareholder, she teams up with insiders to gather evidence. Ava files an official report detailing complaints from female members about gender bias and flawed management. During the board vote, she stands firm against discriminatory policies and establishes women-only gym slots and a female trainer development program. With the support of her ally David, they develop romantic feelings as corrupt stakeholders are removed, and Ava’s initiative gains nationwide acclaim.
