Synopsis
Why do two people who definitely love each other hurt each other so much?
Erik, driven by a misguided desire for Evelyn's happiness, resorts to hurting her in an attempt to force a divorce. Unable to comprehend the sudden rejection, Evelyn endures increasing pain with each cruel action from Erik. Exhausted and broken, Evelyn reluctantly agrees to the divorce, her spirit shattered. But just as she begins to rebuild her life, Erik returns, consumed by regret and longing for reconciliation.
