Synopsis
Serena Lin, the sole survivor of a ruined family, is saved by Mabel Ford and vows to protect her grandson, Ethan Ford, from 100 disasters. As she risks her life for him, Serena falls in love, but Ethan misinterprets her sacrifices as attention-seeking due to manipulation by his lover, Chloe Wilson. After a severe injury while saving Ethan, Serena's love fades, and she ends the pact, fleeing to Switzerland to rebuild her life. When Ethan learns the truth about her sacrifices and Chloe's lies, his plea for forgiveness is rejected. Following Mabel's passing, Serena donates the Ford mansion to charity, finally letting go of her past and embracing her freedom.
